I cannot even let them know - as I don't think they want to know. I have issues with the program and lost hours trying to make it work.
They are the one company that makes the US Mail look like good customer service. I have finally found what they are good at. It says the wait time was about 8 minutes. Tried to call the other day - gave up after an hour. Why do some set up different when all at the same time. I have deactivated all, reactivated all (at the same time), and it will do it again. Some will download, some say "say the financial institution supports an improved connection method" and they don't.
